  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed after deducting delivery and return shipping charges.

2. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for valid reasons such as:

  • Wrong size

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect item received

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide a clear reason for the exchange.

  • Share photos or proof of the issue if applicable.

After approval, we will guide you through the exchange process.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or worn.

  • The product is damaged by the customer.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is missing original packaging.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting delivery and return charges.
